Guts is definetly not gay. Human relations thanks to Gambino and Donovan scarred him. Traumatized him, made him shut out any feelings for anyone at all. The only person to get through that is Casca, even their start was rocky at best. That bit in the waterfall where he's scared?.

Theory: Guts is actually LGBT, evident by certain events in the main story. So I have a small theory here that some may find interesting, in the very beginning of Berserk, Guts is found laying on the ground beneath his mother who is dead.

Textually I guess I'd say not especially? He has that one "are you a homo? I would assume that Berserk's medieval world has societal homophobia which Guts has probably absorbed, but it's not particularly relevant, and Guts is fairly chill in general so if eg Guts was straight and Griffith was gay and came out to him Guts would probably be taken aback but he'd come around fairly quickly.
